Moduler Segment Brushes

Modular segment brush system is formed by end-to-end alignments of brushes with repetitive lengths. Thanks to the specially designed connection teeth, the integrity of the brush is preserved, leaving the user free in brush length and diameter design. Although the geometry, density and depth of the joining teeth can be manipulated, they are designed to maintain the continuity of the bristle alignment in the connection areas when they interlock. Resulting a seamless look when pieces come together.
This method provides outstanding economic benefits of lower transportation costs, storage and assembly features ensured by its compact dimensions. Vegetable fibers, animal hairs and various combinations may be used besides existing synthetic bristles.
